Description

Objective:
To enhance email security and deliverability by properly configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for a Google Workspace domain.

Scope of Work:

1. SPF (Sender Policy Framework):
- Verify the current SPF record for the domain.
- Update or create a new SPF record to include all authorized mail servers.
- Ensure the SPF record is correctly formatted and published in the DNS settings.

2. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail):
- Generate DKIM keys in the Google Workspace admin console.
- Add the DKIM public key to the DNS records.
- Enable DKIM signing for outgoing emails.

3. DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance):
- Create a DMARC policy to specify how unauthenticated emails should be handled.
- Publish the DMARC policy in the DNS settings.
- Set up DMARC reports to monitor email authentication and any potential issues.

Deliverables:
- Correctly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
- Documentation of the changes made and the current configuration.
- A brief report on the status of email authentication and any recommendations for further improvements.

Timeline:
The project is expected to be completed within 2 days
Resources Required:
