Ant-House/ Formicarium

Ant-House/ Formicarium

Ant-House/ Formicarium

Description

The objective entailed reverse engineering an ant habitat in line with the client's specifications. Throughout the project, I maintained flexibility to accommodate any necessary modifications while adhering to the core concept.
The cube was meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate with other cubes, forming a cohesive ant colony on a larger scale. To facilitate migration between cubes, a controlled access mechanism was implemented, allowing for easy opening and closing. Additionally, a water source was incorporated, featuring a drip system that supplies water to a foam substrate.
