About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance LinkedIn Page Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth on the iEarnHub platform. You will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn business page, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience, and actively seeking both premium clients and talented freelancers to join our network.


Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate engaging content (text posts, images, videos, articles) that showcases iEarnHub's value proposition, highlights successful freelancer stories, shares industry insights, and promotes platform features. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally, and foster a positive and supportive online community. Monitor brand mentions and engage in relevant industry discussions.
  • Lead Generation (Clients): Proactively identify and reach out to potential premium clients through LinkedIn, showcasing the benefits of using iEarnHub to find top freelance talent. Develop targeted outreach strategies based on industry and business needs.
  • Freelancer Recruitment: Utilize LinkedIn to identify and attract high-quality freelancers to join the iEarnHub platform. Highlight the advantages of joining our community and promote relevant freelance opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, reach) and provide regular reports on LinkedIn performance. Analyze data to optimize content strategy and outreach efforts.
  • LinkedIn Ads (Optional): Manage and optimize paid LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve specific business objectives (if applicable and budget allows).
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.


Qualifications:


  • Native English Speaker. 
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn business pages and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn etiquette and best practices.
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with clients and freelancers.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
  • Familiarity with the freelance landscape and online marketplaces is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Portfolio of previous LinkedIn management work (preferred).
