We would like to request your support in designing a comprehensive system and updating the website for SCULPT Women’s Club, in line with modern fitness center standards and an optimal user experience.

Below are the detailed requirements:

 1. Internal System Requirements for SCULPT 

Membership Contracts & Management:

• Track client contracts and link them to the client's profile.

• Each contract must include all policies, with client approval and agreement confirmation through digital acknowledgment.

Expiration Notifications:

• Automated reminders to be sent 7–10 days before membership expiration.

Smart Filters for Membership Status:

• Categories: Active – Expired – Frozen – Not Yet Started.

Membership Freezing Module:

• Clients may request to freeze their membership up to 7 days per month.

• This should be managed via an internal request system.

Group Class Booking:

• Clients can reserve general group sessions through the system.

Personal Training Management:

• Track personal training memberships independently from general memberships.

 2. Website Enhancement Requirements

Upgrade the club website to align with standards seen in modern gym and fitness websites.

Key additions:

1. Subscription Packages:

• Display and sell general membership packages as the core service.

• Offer personal training packages as an add-on, only purchasable if the client has an active general membership.

2. Payment Gateways:

• Integrate multiple payment options:

o Apple Pay

o Tabby

o Tamara

o Bank transfer
